Oct 2nd - Oct 9th 2009 Goals


  • No sweets
  • Losing 1 kg
  • Becoming more active
  • Not taking any elevators
  • Walking more often
  • Eating right
  • Getting rid of junk food in the home
  • Working out 2-3 times a week
  • Cooking healthier

    1) Walked from my parents place to mine
    2) Ate a healthy breakfast
    3) Walked with dad at night
    4) Did not eat any sweets

  2. Today Oct 4th, I did not do anything towards my diet. I plan to do sit ups and push ups before bed. I did not have any sweats or soda so this has to mean something. I also reduced my carb intake.

  3. Oct 5th 2009 (SAM)
    I did not eat sweats yet.
    I played volleyball for 1 hour last night.
    I am trying to eat better as such reducing the bread intake.
    I am eating more fruit and I am drinking lots of water.
    I plan to play volleyball tonight as well (Around 11:00 pm)

    I still did not eat any sweats
    I biked and walked everywhere today
    I had salad with lunch as well as for dinner
    I also played Volleyball tonight

    Still no sweets
    Was too tired to workout but ran with kids on the beach

    Biked to the YMCA and back
    Ate a salad for lunch
    Still no sweats

    Worked out in the Gym
    Had a salad for Lunch

  9. Biked everywhere -
    From home to the GYM and then from the Gym to my parents place.
    Then from my parents place to my home.
    Bad - Ate Kenafeh with dad (He really wanted it).
