There are regular weekly meetings where there is a weigh in to check progress. There is also a weekly sports activity to check peoples endurance level and progress.
well I started eating healthy now and I am keen on changing my eating habits. will minimize eating sweets for sure but.......can not cut it

I would like to thank Sam for inviting me as it was my pleasure to join the group. I asure you that I am fully committed to the pronciples of the Biggest Losers. I have been watching what I eat and have stopeed eating sweets altogether. I have not been able to excercize, but I was doing some gardening over the weekend. It also counts.
