Introduction to the Biggest Loser Program Palestine

We have created a new group in Palestine called the Biggest Loser Palestine. This group is formed of 9 people so far and growing.

The goal of the program is to get people to change their current life style. It is not just a diet, it is a new way of living, where people eat better, are more active, and exercise more often.

There are regular weekly meetings where there is a weigh in to check progress. There is also a weekly sports activity to check peoples endurance level and progress.
